Dojrzewa w betonowych zbiornikach przez 6-8 miesięcy. Marcel Malbec has a wonderful fruity nose with lots of blackberries and red berries. On the palate. Soft tannins and fine acidity make this a pleasant wine to drink. The fruit is 100% de-stemmed and crushed, then the juice undergoes a 3-4 day cold soak to bring out the color and a touch of tannins, before being pressed and undergoing cool fermentation in stainless steel. It is matured in concrete tanks for 6-8 months.
